Bergenia

We have had this perennial in our garden for a long time, but I never knew it’s name until today! I have no idea who gave it to us - maybe it was in the garden when we moved here in1972? It always has these clumps of pink flowers and large shiny leaves - and it is very attractive. This year it is particularly splendid!
