Pear Charlotte

It's been ages since I made an apple charlotte. I thought I'd change it to include pears and rye bread crumbs. A very satisfactory result for a simple dish. Just butter a dish, add bread crumbs and layer until you've used all the fruit and breadcrumbs. Top with butter and bake
