SBU D054 Dilemma

At last the plot is looking a bit like I might have done some work. It's a clay soil so quite heavy in places. I did another couple of hours today and may go up tomorrow. The weather was so good there were people having BBQs up there.

I'm having a dilemma about selling a bike. I've told someone they can have it but they've gone quiet now on when they collect it. Someone else has just made an offer I'm happy with and can collect today. What to do?
