Cleaning the Street Signs

Volunteers in our town have been cleaning the street signs this week and this morning I managed to spot Graham working hard. I wonder how many towns have their signs cleaned by the Chairman of the Town Council? I know that on Wednesday he will be smartly suited and booted when he represents the council at the church service to welcome our new vicar.
