Rejuvenation Pruning

I have it in my mind that we should prune before the end of February. Here, Mr P is lowering the height of a Berberis hedge by about 3 feet.  I attacked 2 small tree/bushes. We now have a mountain of stuff to get rid of and nowhere in our tiny garden to have a bonfire., 

The Virtual Walk:- I've claimed a few more km along Hadrian's Wall for all the gardening. I visited Housesteads Fort and was pleased to see the Google street view runner had a good run around in the fort so you have a really good virtual look round.  I visited the virtual museum but there was no virtual tea room. I finished my walk at Crag Lough and went for a quick virtual swim.
