Hazel Catkins
Another blipfoto staple.
A lovely day. Chores and a little gardening this morning, a walk with P in the afternoon. It was sunny and once again way too warm for the season.
There's a little valley near Frauenstein where our path was framed with hazel shrubs, full of catkins. I just had to blip them.
The extra is a solitary lime tree in the vineyards. It also shows the amazing blue sky. If you look closely, you can see a greyish layer just over the horizon. This phenomenon is caused by the air pollution from all the industry and big cities in the Rhine valley.
