Playing in the Burn

When I was a kid, my pals and I loved a creek to build dams in, and make the water flow the way we wanted it to. Fast forward 50 years and here I am again. We’re lucky to have a small seasonal waterfall, and I have fun making the water splash up more by moving rocks strategically, however the water always wins in the end, by doing what it wants to do.
