First visit of the year

JJ and I walked over to Stevington and round the windmill this morning, the first time we've done it in quite a while, mainly due to the saturated footpaths.  The paths across the fields have been well compacted and now they are drying out it makes walking much easier.

We sat in the garden for a while and then I did a bit of weeding while JJ did a few odd jobs around the place.

Now I'm exhausted and pleased I've made the pastry for the chicken and mushroom pie that we'll be having for dinner.  I may even watch a bit of rugby.
