Lawbreaker!!

This is as close as we get to graffiti over here, Ive been meaning to blip this since i saw it go up next to my office.

This chap(or chapess) is something of a local legend, his (or hers) dark thought provoking pieces have had considerable coverage

The person has gone out of their way to release a statement to make sure police are aware that they only ever deface temporary sites, and that its not harming/costing anyone. As i imagine, if caught, the punishment would be severe
