This is Sharpness seen from Lydney.

Lydney is the other side of the river Severn but is in Gloucestershire not Wales.

It is bit of a carbuncle on the butt of Britain. Having said that, I had a beautiful drive through the Forest of Dean to pick up some trellis which was yet another ebay "bargain!!!!!!"
