Powis Castle

A glorious sunny day today as we started to head back North. I've even caught the sun on my face, that will give me some colour back! Having recently joined the National Trust the weather tempted us to make a diversion and stop at The Weir near Hereford, a lovely gentle walk along the bank of the River Wye. We then made our way to Powis castle for a wander round the grounds late afternoon.

I couldn't decide which picture to blip and I felt the three together summed up our day more. Try large.

We're missing the luxury of our hotel tonight, we were rather spoilt courtesy of Clubcard, now we're back to our usual budget hotel.
