Celebration Cake

...or in this case a pudding! My wife and I were invited to Witney to see behind the scenes at a local bakery. What better way to celebrate 200 blips than with seeing Lorna, one of the highly skilled professional bakers, bake a yummy pudding. I'm pleased to say that in Great British Bake Off style post-bake tastings were allowed again and again and again!
