Our son kindly - and successfully- tidied up my hair.

The cuttings formed an interesting sweeping pattern in the Dyson collection cylinder.

A lovely morning - a shorts morning - where I was able to sit and enjoy the sunshine in a sheltered spot at the front of the house.

I had the added enjoyment of watching the chaotic traffic on the road. The main parallel road is closed for works and everything is coming up and down our street: buses, lorries, vans, cars. With everyone at home the parked cars have to be negotiated causing much disruption. Why we were not advised to park elsewhere; or make the local streets one way I don’t know. Hopefully it will revert by Monday as scheduled.
