       A good day. I was useless yesterday . . . just so lethargic and 'foggy' in the brain.


       The usual walk by the river whilst Kathy worked up a sweat at P.T.

EDIT :  and those 'coots' are more likely moorhens in winter guise . . .2nd EDIT : no, they are coots. I got a better look at them today (Saturday).
