Beautiful day

I had a long walk this morning and finished up along the river. I listened to three hours of podcasts and enjoyed my morning. A couple of hours gardening and my day was complete.

After the good news of the lockdown easing we felt confident to book a holiday and a few weekends away. My OH is keen to do a narrow boat trip, although I am slightly reluctant. However I’m sure it will be ok and as long as there is somewhere to sit in the sunshine with a book and glass of wine watching the world go by, it will be fine.

When we walk along the river we comment on the boats and in a few months I’ll be on one!
