In at the deep end ....
Bosham again this afternoon, as a reward for traipsing round kitchen showrooms. The sun came out just as we arrived, weakly at first but later quite bright. Tea in the tearoom with the best view E-ver - it is for sale if anyone is interested in a very busy, beautiful little business, along with the apartment upstairs. Ex-pen-sive.
This is probably the most photographed house on the south coast, and coveted by me in particular. I understand it has been in the same family for a long time, the family of a Count, and not likely ever to come on the market. I console myself that it is at risk from global warming and we would never buy it for that reason. In reality it would be way above our means, but dreams don't cost a thing. Can't you just imagine sitting in that sunroom watching the westering sun ....
This was taken just after the tide had turned and we were able to walk round to see this house on the road still wet from the twice daily flooding.
Not sure how Bosham bay area has a deep end, but that's what the marker says.
