How true this little diagram is and the website is a great help
I have contacted the helpline too and they are very knowledgable and helpful
I saw my doctor and she says i may be another 4 weeks like this yet as my records show i get a flare every Christmas that goes on for quite a while 
So hopefully now getting towards the end
As  you all know i have started walking again to build up my strength[very slowly and very little but its a start]
But from little acorns giant oaks grow
