Primroses

A lovely weather day here today. I did not go anywhere as I was waiting for the physio to phone, which she did mid morning, she was very good and helpful and has sent me some exercised to do by email. Than later on this afternoon the Dr Phoned to discuss some pain medication which was also very good. The Physio wants me to make an appointment for 2 weeks time to see how things are going. One think she said about was keeping my back warm, I said I had an electric heat pad that is a great help.
I have looked at and tried the exercises, all seem gentle and good, so I am living in hope.
