Free running a guide dog

I was able to go for a socially distanced walk with a colleague at lunch time and we had this lovely fella join us. So nice to be out in the sunshine, really does boost the mood.

Having loads of healthy food in the house so that I don't snack on rubbish all day! Not sure how long I can keep it up but I'm trying.
