Sitting in the sun.

These were enjoying the lovely weather this morning and much warmer then of late.we went to Camborne Halifax the one we had in Helston closed a few years ago.i have had back ache these last few days.i only twisted the wrong way making the bed .this often happens and quite painful.and would happen just when I wanted to do a bit in the garden now the weather is nice.so its paracetamol for now.
