Africa

I have a beautiful cushion in silk that I brought home from Africa many, many years ago.....and note that it now has a small tear . . as although I fixed the rip here it is still there on the original.  I think I might mount it behind glass to preserve it.
Tried to give it a painterly effect - but as it was probably a painting in the first instance I'm not sure I've made much difference.
Skirtings are done and the walls are starting to be painted now - looking bright and cleaner already!
