Regents Canal

Busy morning of kickboxing followed by an indoors run. It's still to cold for me to venture outside for a jog.
Then a walk back to the bus along the canal. Not much colour about under the flat grey cloud but it did feel like spring was coming although still bitingly cold.
So cold that I only took a few shots along the canal as I'd forgotten my gloves. This jogger is clearly tougher than me.
Now home for an afternoon of football on the tv in the warm.
