Cinnamon buckwheat pancakes with strawberries
Found this fantastic recipe so thought I would give it a go.
I of course made it gluten free, so used rice flour and bicarb. instead of self-raising flour, and used buckwheat flakes instead of oats. I also went for frozen strawbs instead of blueberries as they were cheaper!
Absolutely delicious and really light and fluffy. I will definitely be making them again!
