Look, real live children

Today was spent preparing for the arrival of these two with joyous anticipation. So much so that I failed to take a decent picture of them in situ!
They were so good and sound asleep by just after 8pm.
I spent the morning driving out to Balerno to sign some bank forms. Why do they make things so ridiculously complicated - in this case it's the BofS, but we've had a similar situation for church with the RBS. In both cases, all we want to do is to add/change signatories, both attempts have been ongoing for many months. Today it was because we had signed the wrong forms.... the only way we could have the forms to sign in the first place was because we had been sent them. Perhaps the error was not ours!
The cooncil have been out drawing lines and pretty pictures on the A90 to see if they can make it more congested. By the looks of things they've succeeded. You have to laugh when the newly painted white lines go down into the hole in the road which surely should have been repaired first. Oh well!
