Shell

No two days are the same I said .  Well today was like yesterday.  However, between the showers I went to Harrington and had a walk along the shore.  I noticed this shell (the only one around) with some water and stones inside.  How did it get there?  Around it was a mixture of stones and slag moulded into one. Something usual.
