Perhaps he needs the loo!! Seeing as he’s in control it can’t be a direction.

Neighbours having tree work undertaken which was rather annoying because of the noise of the chipper, the sawdust which now covers my terrace and worst that they parked their van across my garage without asking!!

I think that they or the neighbours should at least have asked or am I being unreasonable.
