Wide Wednesday

The challenge for today's Wide Wednesday was 'shiny metal', so I'm sure this barbed wire, although new(ish), isn't shiny enough to qualify... but it is metal ;-)

As you can see, the sky threatened rain, but it never materialised, so it's been quite a pleasant day.

Leo managed to get himself shut in my bedroom all day! I'd noticed that he hadn't been grazing at his dishes as usual, but presumed he was out roaming. I was getting worried when he didn't respond to my calling as the light was fading, then eventually managed to trace his faint meowing to upstairs. He shot out like a rocket, obviously starving, but otherwise doesn't seem unduly traumatised!
