The view out west
I don't know what I've been doing today but it certainly hasn't been photography! I nipped into Durrus on an essential outing to take glass to the bottle bank - the stash was literally flowing out form under the stairs. I liked the daffs sprouting out of the blue boat and the long view down the estuary but, yes that bright red thing is a receptacle for dog poo, so this is more documentary photography than artistry! I had to wait for ages for those two women to move out of the way too.
As you can see the weather is delightful - the wind has dropped and it's warmish but the rain continues - silent rain today so you think it's okay to venture out and get promptly soaked.
Actually, a nice virtual catch up with friends this morning who we haven't seen since Christmas Day, and then we started to prepare our bedroom for painting ie some hardcore hoovering had to be done. Heck! We have now moved out into the spare room whilst the decorator gets cracking - it might be some time, depends on those war goddesses.
