Pond Activity

It's that time of year again when every time I pop into the garden there is furious splashing and plops eminating from the pond. On closer inspection mounds of frogspawn are to be seen around the irises which are getting bigger!  At one point I saw one poor, presumably female, frog being "cuddled" by two or three smaller ones.  None stayed around long enough for a decent photo.

This one has maybe done his job, or is not interested, but is just enjoying the spring sunshine.
