The Cat and the Hadada Ibis

Anrie took this picture yesterday morning in the security complex where they moved in on Thursday. A bit of a bonus, methinks, since they will surely miss the birds and animals on the farm! Is it not just too adorable, the Hadada Ibis waiting for the front door to be opened whilst the Kitty Cat turns a blind eye! Some conspiracy, shhhhh!

It was quite an emotional thing, them moving into town from the farm where they stayed since Anrie's mom, Ansa, was a teenager!

This drastic step became inevitable, since Anrie's dad, Jurie, has to move to Malaysia on a work related contract for quite a few years and Ansa will join him at the end of the year, it is just too dangerous for the two A's to stay on the farm all alone, while Anrie's brother is at university during the week.
