But it's it's good news week for the Fountain Inn! Shiny metal fences and shutters newly erected, as it is going to be refurbished as a pub after all... Conroy Brook have a second planning application under consideration, which cuts down the number of houses they intended to build on the site from 13 to 9 (or 10), and allows for the redevelopment of the pub building... Whoop whoop!
