Final fling

My valentine roses are fading now so I thought we would have a final shot seeing how the petals change colour. They have done reasonably well. I am sitting in the dentist's waiting room as Dad has the next stage in his denture fitting. Straight in today which is good. He has had one of his confused days today. I suggested that he should have a shower this morning and it obviously stuck in his mind as something to do. Consequently he was up and in the shower by 6.30 am. Then he left the shower running so that when I got up for my shower later there was only cold water... I try not to be too impatient and disgruntled and I know he doesn't do it on purpose but.........
