Vaccinated

Even when there is racing at Epsom, I would not be in this privileged area in front of the grandstand. But today it was on the exit route after we had attended for me to get my vaccination. Being a bit more mobile now, I am able to get out of the house (we have lots of steps) and into N’s car. So we phoned 119 yesterday and got an appointment for today. I was met with a wheelchair and N wheeled me through the efficient system, and it all went very smoothly.
It was a real bonus getting out and seeing the countryside on a lovely sunny day. We came home via my childhood village, and then N wanted to see some tree work that had been done near his golf club, so we had a good trip home. Such a tonic.
