Catching Some Sun

An almost cloudless day was a perfect time to take a carito trip again. Could I be so lucky to chance upon these long-legged swamp birds barely halfway into the ride? I stood there for nearly an hour taking photos and just watching them as they bask in the late afternoon sunlight.
