Boat Names

We are on our boat for the weekend and what a glorious day today. The variation of names people give to their narrow boats are endless and some of the sign writing is brilliant . Today I will start a blip series of boat names.
Where best to start but my own boat 'Harlequin'. I bought Harlequin 2nd hand but do not know why the original owner chose the name. I had the boat painted last year and the sign writer painted the name on the side to the original design. I bought Harleqin in 1997. Since then I have had the boat stretched from 34ft to 40ft, had a new engine, fitted a wood burner stove and had it repainted. Otherwise it is still the same!
