Orchid .....

.... 22 years old!
Just can't believe it , every year it blooms, tho' this year it is looking tired & blooms are not so many.
It's been a lovely dry day , only done pottering in the garden & household chores. As it was the 1st of our Lent course this afternoon( on Zoom) there was no time for walking.
Ecology, Noah & The Flood was the talking points . We discussed the word " Rainbow" , interesting I hadn't thought of splitting it in 2 ie rain & bow .in relation to theology ,bow meaning war , rain droplet of condensation sent down ( think on it?)

Thoughtful .... about the season of Lent and the coming of spring at the end of Lent there is another marvel to look forward to.
