These mini daffodils emerged just outside the front entrance a couple of days ago, the first I have seen this year.
The weather was even worse than predicted and seriously limited options, such as they are.
Rationally I completely agree with the FM’s approach but the end of April feels a very long way off for any significant changes. 
Another day of Yoga, Duolingo Gaelic, and cross stitch meditation – I have got used to the black fabric and find it just as relaxing, trick seems to be to feel rather than see where to place the needle.
I may start a jigsaw tomorrow.
