Helter skelter.

Despite trying a quick Google, I'm still not sure whether this is a cattail or a bulrush. Whatever, it seems like the fluffy bits were once used for insulation and for treating sores. 
Nothing much turned up on this morning's short and very windy walk, so I hope the fluff fits this week's natural world theme. 
I've been unable to process on my Tablet so this has gone via my 'phone. Hopefully it will work properly tomorrow.
