Yesterday...

This is the book the Surgeon gave along with a video of the exercises I have to do. I played it but I am trying to get my BP down he is going to phone on Thursday for the readings. Thankfully it has come down today. It has been wild here today and I was nearly blown away when I did go out to the bins!
