Brooks Transcend 7

Christened my new running shoes today.  The previous pair (Brooks Transcend 6) had done about 700km and the tread was starting to disappear, and without being able to go to a shop to try a new pair on, I just went for something as similar as possible.

It was a horrible day to be running.  When I took CyclopsJnr to school this morning it seemed OK, but by the time I got out at lunchtime it was blowing a gale with rainy spells.  Coming back up the hill I could barely walk into the wind, let alone run.
