Abstract

A day of arguing at work but couldn’t help myself, being tired from looking after Darwin is taking it toll. Had a phone consultation with the back clinic and managed to get an appointment for an assessment, the guy sounded quite good on the phone and should be a good service based todays chat. Left work a bit earlier so I could get back to look after Darwin while J took Kilda for a run at Portie. J listened to a zoom chat with a trainer linked with day care. She seemed to be OK so we might book some session with her. A night of trying to catch up on blips. This weeks challenge is Abstract so this might be another entry of the shadows from the octopus wine holder.
