Trapped, but not by ice

It is +4°C and the sun warms well. We all enjoy now, like here in the sun trap in the park. In fact, the park is still closed due to the floods caused by the icing on the fish ladder. But the people in the photo have made it past the barriers, just as I could have. 
The persistent park workers have managed to open up the fish ladder and play stream. And the mild, wonderful weather does its part. We have another winter month in March, but we are keeping our fingers crossed that the worst winter is over.
