...twenty! Not a teenager anymore!

Nice we birthday tea for her tonight. Mushroom stroganoff was her birthday tea of choice.

This is a dish we used to make regularly but don’t as often now and none of us can remember the recipe we used. We’ve several recipes for it and found a tasty one but it’s not the original. Driving me a bit crazy that we can’t find that recipe!

Her brother, in the blue top, also made her a fab birthday cake. It has four layers so only a very thin slice was required, particularly as we finished the meal of with a cheese board with cheese from “The House of Mouse” in Bridge of Allan.

Grateful for a wee celebration.
