Crust

During the first lockdown when flour was very scarce I managed on one occasion to find the small packs for making your own bread.

Yesterday I saw them at the back of a cupboard just past their best before date.

So this morning I made the cheddar and sun dried tomato one. Very nice warm out of the oven: and very tasty toasted.

Set me up well to clear a herbaceous border on what was a mild, sunny and springlike day.
