Celebrations!

Today was a great news day. My eldest child came to visit out of the blue, which in itself is lovely but she came to tell me that she and her boyfriend had been hill walking in a blizzard today. When they had finally reached the top and could only just stand in the howling gale and whiteout snow. He dropped to one knee and proposed to her. Of course she said yes. He had taken the ring with him in a box but daren't open  it in such deep snow and blustery winds.
I am so delighted for them. They had met on a trip to Tanzania through work so he had bought a Tanzinite and diamond ring to remind them of their meeting.
