The river Don in spate

We went for a walk beside the Don near the Diamond bridge, and found that the banks had been breached and the footpath had turned into a stream. Further along, the path was OK, but very busy with walkers and cyclists.  We spotted a heron on the other side of the river, along with some mallards.  On our side of the river, there were a couple of moorhens, a pair of swans, and some more mallards.  Then, after some youngsters gave food to the swans, a crowd of black-headed gulls moved in.  I've also put a shot of the moon as an extra.
