Vegan banana bread

I used to bake for a local business in my spare time prelockdown and would knock out between 8-10 of these a week amongst our delights! In fact the proceeds got me to New York and Paris on holiday :-)

Unfortunately I now spend my weekends keeping an eye on my parents and my aunt, which is a pleasure but you can’t do everything. So clear out of frozen bananas and here we go another inch on the hips ;-)
