Living up to his name.

This pied wagtail was hopping about amongst the feet of the pedestrians at the corner of Rose Street and Hanover Street.

A very busy place to be hunting for food, especially since Princes Street Gardens are less than a minutes walk away.

But he seemed quite happy, wagging his tail as he hopped.
