It's Not Illegal When The Police Do It

Didn't see if they had the logo on or not (is the The Lord Lyons threat to prosecute the police for misuse of heraldic symbols well known?)

And I was off to chair a meeting with the police, my 25th and last JSITS. Still never found out what the logo stood for.
