Paul's Wholewheat bread.

My husband Paul is a great cook. Recently he has made some good breads, this wholewheat loaf is Vegan and just uses a whole packet of wholewheat flour and 350mls of warm water. This is his second loaf. It is lovely with marmalade, Marmite or jam.
The weather remains gusty and a mix of sunny spells and rain.
